At Green Deli you will become an expert in our brand and put the customer first every time. You will lead by example, training and motivating the team to reach your high standards and deliver fresh, feel good food.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Be an expert in our brand, menu and customers Ensure every customer leaves happy Lead training with team Ensure quality is consistent Ensure your area complies with Health & Safety, Food Safety, Fire, First Aid and Allergy policies, laws and regulations Assist management with organising maintenance in your area Work within a budget Control stock and wastage Promote on social media
The successful candidate must be willing to give 100% effort to learn it, be well organised, efficient and confident enough to lead your team.
Level 3 food Hygiene is desirable but not essential.
Applicants must have at least two years previous experience in a similar setting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 13.50 per hour
