Deli Supervisor

What You'll Do:
As part of your role, you'll be responsible for the daily preparation of fresh products, while training, managing, and motivating the team to deliver excellence every day. You'll ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service are consistently met.

Key Skills & Requirements:
Demonstrated kitchen and culinary expertise
Strong supervisory/managerial capabilities
Basic Food Hygiene certification
Knowledge and application of HACCP principles
A confident, professional, and welcoming personality
High attention to detail
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Creative, innovative approach to challenges
Previous catering and/or retail experience preferred
Food handling and customer service experience desirable
Working Hours:
Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days
Hours: Vary between 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Sunday
