We're looking to hire a Delivery Account Manager to help drive the success of our Dine@Home proposition. Based in our London Support Centre (3 days at the office), this role is all about growing our delivery business, building great partnerships, and ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience--whether they're dining in or at home.



Our Role


The Delivery Account Manager plays a key role in managing and growing our relationships with delivery partners like Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat. You'll be responsible for performance, operations, and innovation across all delivery platforms--driving revenue, improving the customer experience, and identifying commercial growth channels.


This role also involves working across departments--from Ops to Marketing--to launch campaigns, spot pinch points, and build scalable solutions that benefit both our teams and our customers.

Our Person


We're looking for someone who can think commercially and act operationally. You'll have experience in both restaurant or hospitality settings and delivery aggregator platforms, giving you a 360 understanding of how to drive performance from all angles.


You're data-savvy, solutions-focused, and great at building relationships. You understand what customers want and know how to deliver it--on time, every time.

Work closely with Brand, Ops, and Marketing to ensure campaigns and delivery initiatives align with wider business goals. Balance multiple projects and partner relationships with precision and pace. Stay plugged into trends in delivery, digital platforms, and customer behaviour to keep us ahead of the curve.

Experience We Value

Experience in hospitality, food delivery, or restaurant industries Strong knowledge of delivery aggregators and digital platforms Familiarity with CRM systems and performance analytics Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
