Delivery and Installation Driver

We are a DA & AV Appliance Repair Company carrying out service work for large manufacturers such as Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, as well as insurance companies and private customers. Due to company expansion and more repairs taking place in our Workshop, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Delivery and Installation Driver to join our team.

The Role

The role involves representing the company and supporting our external clients by delivering high-quality, field-based customer service. Key responsibilities include collecting appliances scheduled for repair, delivering and installing them once repairs are completed, and installing new products in customers' homes. Throughout all activities, the role requires consistently providing first-class customer service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. The role also offers the opportunity to progress into the technical/engineering aspects of the position for those who are interested in developing their skills further.

Requirements

Some experience with a similar engineer role is desirable, however not necessary. Other skills and attributes required are:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- A full valid UK Drivers Licence

- IT Literate

- Ability to complete relevant reports and paperwork

- Willingness to undergo relevant manufacturer and residential training
