Job description

This is a full time, permanent role offering 37.5 hrs per week in our Carlisle headquarters and would offer the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to develop and progress in their career within an exciting technology-based industry.

We are looking for a motivated individual who has a superb work for delivery of electrical goods to customers throughout Cumbria and South West Scotland.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Installation of electrical retail goods into customers homes and businesses Service calls customer homes to help solve technical issues Working both alone and with other installers daily to guarantee customer satisfaction Demonstrating time management and organisation skills to make sure all deliveries and installations are completed in the allotted time scale

Experience and Education:

IT literate - basic use of excel and outlook General interest in electronics useful but not necessary GCSE A-C grade or equivalent required in Math's and English

Skills and Abilities:

To have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines. A full and clean UK Driving License is required for this Role Excellent customer service skills Organisational skills must be strong Able to work weekends Willingness to learn and develop skills and product knowledge Able to represent Peter Tyson in a professional manner Ability to work in a team and under own initiative A flexible, friendly approach with a team focus and can-do attitude
