The Opportunity:
Our candidate, an award-winning recruitment agency who specialise in IT Recruitment, are looking for a bright and ambitious Delivery Consultant to join their Oxford team.
The successful Delivery Consultant will be keen to build a career in recruitment and dedicated to working hard to do so. The role will be a mix of providing administrative support to the consultants, whilst also effectively sourcing and selecting suitable candidates.

Recruitment- Learning how to source CV's, interviewing candidates and submitting a shortlist of candidates to a consultant for consideration
Administration - Responsible for writing job descriptions, advertising jobs, writing interview confirmations and general office administration

The Company
Our client is known throughout the UK as being a market leader in the field of IT Recruitment.
Due to expansion, they are looking to add the next 'big thing' to their resourcing team based in a barn conversation just outside Oxford.
As a Delivery Consultant, you will benefit from excellent training and have the opportunity to work directly with one of the directors, which will enable you to quickly progress throughout the business.
Requirements

Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Full UK driving license
A genuine interest in building a career in recruitment
An interest in or knowledge of IT and technology is preferable but not essential
Strong administration skills, with the ability to prioritise a high workload
