The Role

Join our distribution team as a Delivery Crew Member! You will work alongside a driver to deliver, assemble, residential waste bins across the region. This is a fast-paced, physical role where you'll be an essential part of a three-person team ensuring our community stays clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

Efficient Unloading:

Safely offload bins from the delivery vehicle at designated residential and commercial addresses.

Rapid Assembly:

Use basic hand tools to snap on wheels, lids, and axles quickly and correctly on-site.

Mapping & Navigation:

Assist the driver with navigation and identifying specific house numbers or drop-off points.

Heavy Maneuvering:

Pushing, pulling, and stacking large quantities of bins (often in "nests") to maximize space.

Quality Control:

Ensure every bin delivered is free of defects and placed in the correct location without obstructing pathways.

Requirements

Previous experience in manual labor, removals, or warehouse work is a plus. Strong communication skills and a professional manner with the public. Reliability--when the truck leaves at 6:30 am, the crew needs to be ready!
