We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries. Duties
Safely operate vehicles, adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies. Follow delivery routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations. Load and unload goods. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Maintain accurate records of deliveries. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Ensure the security of goods during transit and handle items with care to prevent damage.
Requirements
Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations relevant to commercial driving. Flexibility to work various shifts as required, including early mornings.
