What you'll do

Drive a box truck or similar vehicle to deliver products to various locations, ensuring timely arrivals. Load and unload goods with care, utilizing equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when necessary. Follow designated routes while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide outstanding customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Manage delivery paperwork accurately, including invoices and delivery confirmations. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization. Handle heavy lifting and moving of products, ensuring proper techniques are used for safety.

Basic qualifications

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience as a delivery driver or in a courier role is highly preferred. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is an asset. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

Preferred qualifications

Previous warehouse experience, including loading/unloading practices. Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely. Experience with route driving in urban or rural settings.
