GJB Group

is one of the leading UK manufacturers of Aluminium and PVC Windows and Doors based in Rayleigh, Essex. Our order books are full and the market for windows and doors is set to continue to be strong for many years to come. We now are recruiting new colleagues to join our busy transport department.

We are now looking for Class 2 Delivery Drivers to join our busy transport department and help us deliver our fantastic products to all our customers.

Candidates must have previous driving experience, be hardworking, enthusiastic and be able to provide great customer support in this customer facing role.

Please note that the starting pay rate is 14.50 per hour, which will be increasing to 15 on successful completion of the probationary period.

REQUIREMENTS

You must have been a holder of a valid UK driving licence (with Class 2 Tonne entitlement) for at least 2 years. You must have a driver CPC card and digital tachograph. You must have no more than 6 minor penalty points on your license. A minimum of 2 years Class 2 driving experience is required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQURIED

Comfortable in customer facing role. Understanding of the importance of providing great customer service while delivering goods to customers. Great communication skills. Reliable and trustworthy Positive and flexible attitude Motivated to learn and develop new skills Approachable with good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with staff effectively at all levels

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 5:00am - 2:00pm
