Delivery Driver

(Derby DE24 8ST)

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team, As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting flowers, plants and sundries to existing customers in a timely manner. Experience within a similar role and/or industry will be an advantage.

Good knowledge of the area

Shift: 05:00am - 12:00pm - Tuesday to Saturday

Finish times dependent on completion of deliveries

All hours worked will be paid

Hourly rate: starting 12.21 per hour (PAYE)

Paid every four weeks

Applicants must possess a UK driving licence (up to 6 points considered)

Full training will be given

Job Type: Permanent

Three months probation

Responsibilities:

- Drive safely and responsibly to complete assigned deliveries to customers

- The ability to work equally well as part of a team and on your own initiative

- Load and unload goods from the cash and carry

- Ensure accurate and timely deliveries

Skills:

- Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points

- Ability to handle and transport goods efficiently

- Strong communication skills

- Van provided

- Experience in driving large vans
