Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting white goods and electrical appliances to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills and the

ability to handle heavy lifting

. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient service.

Responsibilities

Loading and unloading goods from the vehicle, ensuring items are secured properly for transport. Delivering and installing products to customers in a timely manner. this may also include unpacking appliances and removing old appliances. These will include washing machines, dishwashers, fridges etc Some deliveries may require heavy lifting such as American fridge freezers and range cookers these will be delivered with the use of lifting aids Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide updates on delivery status. Ability to deliver 5 customer service
Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained, reporting any mechanical issues promptly. A vehicle check you will need to complete pre and post delivery route. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on the road and within the warehouse.

Experience

Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in commercial driving is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with customers and team members effectively. A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record is required; experience driving larger vehicles is a plus. Drivers

must be 21+
