This role is perfect for motivated individuals with strong work ethics who take pride in delivering excellence. You'll handle parcel deliveries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction through safe, professional service.

Responsibilities

Operate delivery vehicles safely to transport parcels to assigned destinations. Follow designated routes to ensure on-time deliveries. Load and unload packages - some heavy lifting involved. Conduct daily vehicle safety checks. Use mobile apps to track and record deliveries accurately. Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch for updates and issues. Maintain a clean, presentable vehicle and professional demeanour.

Skills & Requirements

Previous multi-drop or courier experience needed (Fedex, DPD, DHL, Yodel, etc.). Valid UK Driving Licence (max 6 points). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle heavy lifting safely. Professional appearance and attitude. Basic knowledge of delivery technology and smartphone apps.
