Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting Tanpopo goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to manage time effectively while adhering to delivery schedules. This role is part time; 3 days a week.

Duties

Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies. Load and unload goods, performing heavy lifting as necessary. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any potential delays. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies. Assist in warehouse duties when not on delivery routes, including inventory management and organisation of stock.

Skills

Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Valid commercial driving licence is required for operating larger vehicles. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical demands of the job. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining quality service. Flexible
