Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and committed delivery driver for our small business delivering our organic vegetables and flowers to customers in London.

There are 2-3 night shifts available per week, leaving our farm in the evenings on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursday and Friday nights. Occasionally there will be more shifts available to cover annual leave.

There are two parts for this role:

- Delivering to restaurants/ florist customers in London (Monday, Wednesday and Friday night)

- Delivering fresh produce boxes door to door to home cooks in London and the local Cambridge area (Thursday night)

The routes tend to be between 8-10 hours long depending on the time of year.

Candidates must be experienced drivers and be able to drive, reverse and park our refrigerated Luton Van.

This is a relatively physically demanding job involving lifting and carrying, so we are looking for someone who is fit and active. When delivering to restaurants unpack at the customer locations (instructions provided) and drivers will be responsible to unlocking and locking venues/ alarms/ codes.

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions are essential along with good communication with the rest of the team. You will be fully trained. We are looking for someone with a positive "can do" attitude to take on this vital role for our business.

Hourly rate will start at 16/ hour.

Clean UK licence required and over the age of 25 years. Must have a smart phone with Whatsapp for proof of delivery photos and communication with the farm and office team.
