Based in Hinckley, we manufacture our product range on site in our own state of the art purpose-built facilities with advanced machinery and production techniques to ensure the highest quality. Role Profile
The role is to load & deliver products to our nationwide customer base maintaining the highest levels of customer service to enable effective, efficient & cost-effective delivery of quality product & service to our customers working to company process standards & operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Exceed customer expectations by providing an exceptional & personalised level of service ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved & maintained
Check the quality & quantities of outgoing & incoming components & liaise with Despatch & Goods In Senior Operative on replacement of missing, incorrect or damaged items
Safe loading & unloading of product to & from company vehicles
Planning & following the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
Drive safely & courteously at all times ensuing goods are not damaged during transit
Driving variable distances
Ensure that customer deliveries take place in an efficient, accurate & timely manner
Complete & maintain accurate delivery records & associated paperwork
Maintain a clean, tidy & professional appearance, wearing uniform to an acceptable standard
Ensure that your vehicle is kept clean & tidy at all times
Carry out regular safety checks on your vehicle
Report any issues that affect performance to your line manager
Meet daily & weekly targets & report progress daily to your line manager
Carry out work with a focus on high quality output.
Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes
Experience making multi drop deliveries
The ability to start work early in the morning, from 4:00am (there's no weekend work)
Full European category "B" driving license
Mature & professional driving skills
Self-motivated and focused, with a flexible attitude
Good attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy & a commitment to quality
Able to work on & use own initiative & problem solve
Strong communication, team working & people skills
Demonstrate a professional & courteous attitude

(Starting rate normally at entry point however, experience would be taken into account)

40 Hour contracted hours working week Monday to Friday starting at 04.30
Monthly attendance bonus scheme (Up to 2,600.00 per annum)
Weekly on target hours of 50 paid at basic rate
Occasional overnights required with an allowance of 25.00 per night plus expenses
