At MAYLR we specialise in the warehousing and distribution of products to influencers and journalists, primarily within the beauty and cosmetics space. We are currently seeking a courteous and professional individual with a friendly can-do attitude to join our team as a Delivery Driver.
This position is available full-time, working a minimum of 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of delivery driving, candidates must be flexible to accommodate early starts and late finishes as required by customer and company needs. However, any hours worked beyond the salaried 40 hours per week will be renumerated additionally. For this reason, we believe the role is best suited for candidates residing within a close commuting distance of Kemsing (Sevenoaks).
You will be delivering a lower volume of packages compared to most delivery drivers, with the majority of our deliveries concentrated in London. You will have a focus on maintaining high standards and ensuring a polite, professional service. During any waiting periods for delivery requests to come in and/or be ready, you will actively assist the wider team with tasks on the warehouse floor such as packing or unpacking products.
Responsibilities
As part of this role you will have a number of duties including;
- Unloading and loading of vehicles
- Delivery to business and residential properties
- Collections from customer premises
- Assembling packaging and packing products
- General housekeeping; tidying work areas and emptying bins
About You
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, with a confident and personable approach
- Clean Driving license
- Strong attention to detail
