Rex Artisan Bakery is looking for a new part-time delivery driver- packer for weekday nights :) We promise you a more interesting & satisfying job than for other packing & driving roles. You can be very proud of the products you distribute Our required evenings typically start 10pm and running til 3am or earlier or until delivery is complete. Holiday cover is also available. We continually review pay and there is a guaranteed wage paid for a 5 hour or less shift, with good rate overtime payable past the set hours. We are all busy and productive, but we don't take advantage of you. You can talk about changing requirements and staffing support needed with us. We will help you to learn the products, processes & the routes. Our van is an easy to drive long-term Enterprise rental van We support charity - we raise funds for Neuroblastoma, we donate our unsold product to the Epilepsy Centre each day, we raised >1k for Ukraine Unicef by making & selling Ukranian Biscotti. we don't shout at or abuse people, we respect each other and don't tolerate any -ism's in the bakery. We support each other, and we talk about it and resolve if anything goes wrong.
We want you to grow with us and be with us for the long term, like many of our staff have been. As a Packer-Driver, you will have a lot of autonomy & responsibility as this is a keyholding position and you are handling very delicate hand-made bakery products, with support & the ears of the owners.
