Join The French Market, a beloved bakery located in Whetstone, Barnet, North London, as a Delivery Driver. We're in search of a reliable and punctual individual to ensure our delicious bread and pastries reach our customers promptly and in pristine condition. This part-time position requires availability every Saturday and Sunday from 5am to 10am, with occasional flexibility for finishing times.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery:

Safely transport packed orders to our various customers, including coffee shops and restaurants, with a focus on timely and efficient deliveries.

Customer Service:

Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns with warmth and attentiveness.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Conduct routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Inventory Management:

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, promptly reporting any discrepancies or shortages to management.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License:

Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Age Requirement:

Applicants must be over 25 years old for insurance purposes.

Reliability:

Demonstrate exceptional reliability and punctuality, as timely deliveries are essential to our business operations.

Physical Stamina:

Possess the physical stamina to lift and carry heavy packages and perform physically demanding tasks associated with packing and delivery.

Attention to Detail:

Exhibit strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing orders and recording delivery information.

Customer Focus:

Display excellent customer service skills, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

Flexibility:

Be willing to work occasional overtime and adapt to changing schedules or delivery routes as needed.
