About the Role:
We are looking for a
Delivery Driver / Production Operative.
In this dual role, as the Delivery Driver, you will deliver products and goods safely and efficiently to designated locations, ensuring the proper handling, loading and delivery of items. This is a customer facing role where you must ensure high standards of customer care.
When your are not delivering parts, your role will be to work onsite in the factory as a Production Operative, where you will work in any of the designated production departments carrying out production related duties including but not limited to; using various hand tools, shotblasting, operating and minding machinery, assisting other machine operators, general bench operations, fettling, general assembly, kitting parts and packing & wrapping.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Full clean and valid drivers licence required.
25 years old or over for Insurance purposes
Ideally having previous experience of delivering, loading and unloading stock/goods.
Ability to work well individually and as a team member.
Position requires the ability to operate precision measuring devices such as calipers, square, micrometres, protractors, and tape measures.
