Overview: - Fixed term contract beginning Sept / Oct until the end of March working on a 20 hours basis as minimum with the opportunity for continous employment.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to our customers. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent driving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

Duties:

- Safely operate a delivery van to transport goods to designated locations

- Load and unload goods from the vehicle

- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided

- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time

- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders before departure

- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner

- Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the supervisor

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

- Use an app on phone for all scheduled deliveries

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Ability to drive tall long wheel base vans

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to lift bulky boxes and perform physical tasks as required

Interview process with be in 2 parts. Formal interview leading to driving assessment on completion of successful interview.
