Delivery Driver

to join our team. This is a

staff position

, not agency work, with the opportunity to earn

up to 34,000 per year

through base pay and allowances for shifts and overnight stays.

Job Purpose

Ensure our customers get the best impression of Teckentrup/ABC Doors by offering a reliable and courteous delivery of our products. To be the face of our business, ensuring your appearance, manner and look of your vehicle is a high standard. Ensuring the product is delivered in a first-class condition and completing all necessary paperwork. This role will involve delivering heavy items, including glass panels.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure health & safety compliance at all times, adhering to all company policies and procedures, including the Company Standards of Performance Supervise the loading of the vehicle to minimise chances of damage Ensure loads match customer orders before leaving Ensure deliveries are safe to make and consult with customers/Product Manager if in doubt Maintain the vehicle to a high standard, including cleanliness Report any accidents or damages promptly Communicate effectively with co-workers and management

Role Requirements

Daily vehicle checks and safety inspections Loading/unloading heavy goods, including glass panels Long-distance driving, including overnight stays Multi-drop deliveries across various locations Handling delivery issues and customer service professionally Representing the company in a positive, professional manner

What We're Looking For

Full clean UK driving licence

(mandatory) Experience with

multi-drop deliveries

Physically fit - able to lift heavy items including glass panels Willing to travel long distances and stay overnight when needed Good communication and customer service skills Reliable, organised, and flexible Must have the

right to live and work in the UK
