The Role:

We are looking for a reliable and professional

Delivery Driver & White Goods Installer

to join our team at Kitchen Economy & Budd Electrical.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely load, transport, and deliver white goods (e.g., fridges, dishwashers, ovens) to customers' homes. Install and commission appliances following manufacturer, safety, and company standards--this may involve plumbing, electrical connections, and appliance testing. Remove and responsibly dispose of customers' old appliances (where applicable).

Offer guidance or demonstrations to customers on appliance usage and care. Accurately complete delivery and installation documentation (e.g., checklists, delivery notes). Maintain company vehicle and tools in a clean, roadworthy, and safe condition. Maintain company sites at a high standard and dispose of waste products accordingly. Adhere to health & safety guidelines, including proper manual handling and protective equipment usage. Communicate effectively with the logistical team and report any delays, issues, or customer concerns promptly. Delivery great customer services.

Ideal Candidate:

Full UK driving license with a clean record. Previous experience in delivery driving. Previous experience in installation of white goods-- plumbing or electrical knowledge advantageous. Physically capable of handling heavy and bulky items safely (equipment like trolleys, PPE, and training will be provided). Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, adaptable to different environments. Able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and coordinate with dispatch teams. Flexible approach to working hours and locations within Cardiff. Punctual, reliable, and committed to upholding Kitchen Economy & Budd Electricals quality and reputation.
