Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to various locations while ensuring timely.

Deliver hot, fresh pizzas and menu items accurately, safely, and on time to customers. Occasionally support in-store tasks when deliveries are light -- cross?helping as needed with prep, hygiene, or packaging.

Duties

In?Store Responsibilities (during downtime): Help with general tasks such as folding boxes, taking out trash, washing dishes, stocking soft drinks, cleaning floors, and maintaining food hygiene standards.
Delivery Duties:

Collect and log orders using the in-store system, ensuring all items are correctly packed and matched to the order. Safely transport orders using your vehicle while adhering to company safety policies and local traffic regulations. Answer phones and assist with take?away or phone orders if required, especially in busier or understaffed periods. Occasionally assist on the cut table or carry out basic food prep duties, depending on team size and whether you're trained.

Typical Requirements & Skills

Must hold a valid UK/EU driving licence, own a reliable vehicle with a valid MOT and

commercial/business use insurance

suitable for delivery. Availability to work evenings and weekends is usually essential. Strong knowledge of the local Heswall area is helpful to ensure timely routes Good communication and customer service skills; ability to multitask between delivering, store support, and handling payments.

Experience

Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred, with a strong understanding of driving regulations.
