Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and well-presented driver to deliver high end custom staircases to site (single-drop deliveries only) and support our workshop operations. This is a hybrid role combining driving and deliveries with hands-on workshop assistance.

Alongside deliveries, the successful candidate will assist the workshop team with light fabrication duties, general shop support, and the packaging and wrapping of staircases prior to delivery, as required. This role would suit someone practical, dependable, and comfortable working both on the road and in a workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

Safely drive and deliver high-end metal staircases to customers' sites, handling goods with care and professionalism. Greet clients on delivery, present a positive, friendly, and professional image representing our company. Assist in fabrication workshop, preparation of components for fabrication, wrapping and packaging stair parts for safe transport. Perform clerical duties as needed -- e.g. delivery paperwork, customer sign-offs, maintaining delivery schedules. Be responsible for daily checks on the van, report any defects for repair. Use of a forklift -- if you have a fork-lift licence/experience, this is a bonus. Person Specification

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a valid clean driving licence (with van-driving experience) Is professional, personable and well-presented -- comfortable interacting with customers, representing a premium brand. Has good communication skills -- polite, clear, fluent english, & punctual. Is physically able to assist with handling and wrapping stairs and fab shop prep. Is practical, hands-on and willing to help with light fabrication support, maintenance and related tasks. Has a flexible, can-do attitude and takes pride in quality and presentation. o A forklift licence / experience is a desirable bonus (but not strictly required).

Salary & Benefits

Hourly rate - 13-14 per hour depending on experience

Part time hours - Monday to Wednesday with potential for occasional overtime.

Paid monthly - on a salaried (PAYE) basis.

Pay: 117.00-126.00 per day
