Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver's Mate to join our team. In this role, you will assist the driver in the delivery of goods, ensuring that all items are safely delivered and assembled to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to teamwork, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as part of their daily duties.

Duties

Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle. Ensure all deliveries are made accurately and on time. Communicate effectively with the driver and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Help maintain a clean and organised work environment within the vehicle. Support with warehouse duties as required. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing tasks.

Requirements

Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is advantageous. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Experience in warehouse operations is beneficial but not mandatory. Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes. A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
