Cebella is a popular local takeaway that prides itself on delivering delicious food and excellent customer service. We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Takeaway Delivery Driver who will also assist in the shop during downtime.

As a Takeaway Delivery Driver & Shop Assistant, you will play a dual role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly while also supporting shop operations. This is a part-time position with variable hours, typically ranging from 5 PM to 9 PM, Wednesday through Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Duties:

Deliver food orders to customers promptly and courteously. Ensure the accuracy of orders before leaving the shop. Follow the most efficient routes for delivery. Handle payments and provide excellent customer service at the door. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.

Shop Assistance Duties:

Assist with food preparation and packaging during downtime. Manage the cash register and process transactions. Help keep the shop clean and organized, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping. Restock inventory and supplies as needed. Support the team with any additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

No prior experience required; training will be provided. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to work part-time hours with a flexible schedule. Excellent customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
