Job Description
Location: Yodel Nantgarw Depot, 5 Heol Billingsley, Parc, Nantgarw, Cardiff CF15 7QZ
Pay: 13-00-15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Up to 3/4 hours per morning, Monday-Saturday
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organised Morning Loading Supervisor to manage early-morning loading operations at the Yodel Nantgarw depot. This is a hands-on coordination role supporting drivers before they leave the depot. No delivery driving is required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee morning parcel loading
Allocate and confirm driver routes
Use a mobile loading/scanning app
Support drivers during the loading process
Resolve day-to-day operational issues
Report any issues or updates to the manager
Ensure loading runs on time and safely
Requirements
Previous delivery or courier experience preferred (management/operations role only)
Comfortable using smartphone apps
Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings around 7:30/10:30
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Able to assist with physical loading when required
Immediate start available
