Hi-Tech Property Services are an experienced and successful building, maintenance and refurbishment company with a substantial and growing client base. As a leading provider of property management and construction services we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and professionalism to deliver exceptional customer services.

Due to ongoing growth, we are looking to appoint a reliable, safety-conscious Delivery Driver / Warehouse Operative to support the logistical and material needs of our operational teams. This hybrid role involves both delivery driving and warehouse support, working as part of our Stores and Logistics team to ensure the right materials are in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:-

Warehouse & Stock Support Pick, pack and prepare goods for next-day delivery. Accept incoming deliveries and relocate stock to correct storage areas. Assist with inventory checks, stock accuracy and general warehouse upkeep. Operate handheld devices and be trained on our internal stock control system (booking in/out goods). Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the warehouse environment.

Driving & Delivery:-

Load and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from operational sites safely and in line with scheduled routes. Collect site waste and return it to our Fareham depot for disposal. Communicate with site staff to ensure deliveries are complete and meet expectations. Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects or issues promptly. Maintain delivery records and complete necessary paperwork, including digital confirmations. Full clean UK driving licence (essential) Previous experience as a delivery driver and/or warehouse operative is desirable. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable undertaking manual handling tasks including loading/unloading. Forklift certification is an advantage but not essential. Basic IT skills or familiarity with warehouse systems beneficial (training will be provided).
As a fast moving and growing business, there will be a need to continuously review key responsibilities and accountabilities whilst embracing ad-hoc tasks outside the core remit when required

Full Time Role 40 Hours Per Week. Monday to Friday working week. Fareham based with travel across the South & South West Willingness to travel c25% The Company offers a paid Health Cash Plan. Company van & Fuel card
