Job Description

We are currently seeking a Delivery/Warehouse Operative to join our team in Newry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties and driving tasks.

Summary: Provide excellent customer service by making prompt and courteous deliveries of customer orders. Make pick-ups as necessary. Performs general warehouse duties and customer assistance as needed. Performs all job responsibilities in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Drive company vehicles for deliveries and collections
- Perform warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, and organising stock
- Conduct commercial driving activities as required
- Operate as a delivery driver for goods and products

-Assist interior designer with fitouts as well as shop floor displays
- Handle heavy lifting when moving stock

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or driving role is advantageous
- Possession of a valid UK driving licence with commercial driving experience
- Proven ability to drive vans and perform delivery duties efficiently
- Capability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks

-Joinery experience would be an advantage
- Strong organisational skills to manage warehouse inventory effectively
