The team
The Delivery Team is a close-knit, friendly team that is highly collaborative and thrives on delivering advertising campaigns. They work closely with the direct sales team to fulfil client needs, ensuring a successful campaign every time.
Role purpose
As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of display, programmatic, video, and content campaigns for global clients. You will own the full process, from planning and trafficking to optimisation, reporting, and post-campaign analysis. You will act as the central coordination point between internal teams, clients, partners, and platforms, ensuring campaign excellence, operational efficiency, and premium client service.
This role requires strong organisational, communication and technical skills, and the autonomy to make informed decisions while identifying risks and troubleshooting issues.
Responsibilities
Interpret client briefs and collaborate with Account Management to gather all required campaign information (budgets, geos, formats, KPIs, audiences, site lists).
Work with internal and external teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns
Provide forecasting and action inventory checks whilst developing RFP/Insertion Orders (IO), ensuring solutions meet client goals.
Log and structure campaign planning tasks, ensuring clear and accurate documentation.
Build and launch campaigns across: Google Ad Manager (GAM), Meta / Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube and programmatic SSPs (Pubmatic, Index Exchange, Xandr and more)
Ensure all campaigns are set up accurately, fully QA'd, and aligned with IO parameters.
Monitor pacing, performance, viewability, CTR, VTR, and delivery metrics, adjusting strategies proactively to hit client KPIs.
Maintain and update campaign tasks, ensuring accurate real-time information.
Act as the client-facing point of contact for campaign updates, troubleshooting, and provide clients with detailed creative specifications and support. QA all creatives and tags, checking formats, file sizes, compatibility, and tracking functionality.
Coordinate with external Design and Creative teams on asset production and approvals.
Use the DMP to create, refine, and manage audience segments.
Recommend audiences for campaigns and support data-driven planning.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of content, display and video campaigns, including briefing docs, approvals, asset coordination, and social/content promotion.
Promote content across Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Provide weekly reports into campaign performance using platforms such as: GAM, YouTube / Meta platforms, SSP dashboards.
Identify campaign underperformance risks early and propose solutions.
Ensure full delivery of display, video and content campaigns and support post-campaign analysis (PCAs).
General Expectations
Respond to internal and external requests promptly (within 2 hours when possible).
Consistently demonstrate premium client service and attention to detail.
Manage time effectively, prioritising tasks by urgency, dependencies, and deadlines and raising with Senior Delivery Manager when not able to.
Skills, knowledge, behaviours and experience
We would prefer to see previous and substantive experience in Campaign Management, Ad Operations, or Programmatic Advertising.
However, we are willing to train someone who displays the behaviours outlined below, such as organisational skills, problem-solving skills and strong communication skills. This could be the start of your career in advertising!
Knowledge of ad-serving and analytics tools (GAM, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics etc.).
Experience using data management platforms.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills; able to prioritise autonomously.
A strong attention to detail and highly organised, with the ability to spot 90% of errors and prioritise most time sensitive work.
Able to tailor communication appropriately to stakeholder(s), you delight our clients and respond to them professionally and promptly.
Ability to present information in a clear and interesting way.
Innovative problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset.
You are a team-player that likes to lend a helping-hand and are easy to work with.
Intermediate Excel/Sheets ability (filters, pivots preferred).
Willingness to learn new tools and systems quickly.
Must have a good working level of English, to C1 level on the European framework of languages.
Must have the legal right to work in the UK (we do not hold a sponsorship licence)
