We're seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic digital programmes. This role will focus on ensuring that projects, frameworks, and toolkits are delivered on time, meet stakeholder needs, and align with organisational priorities.



You'll work across strategy, design, and transition phases - coordinating multidisciplinary teams, engaging stakeholders, and overseeing progress to deliver outcomes that drive digital transformation and enable sustainable change.

Responsibilities

Own and manage delivery plans, ensuring objectives, milestones, and outputs are achieved to schedule. Develop and maintain engagement plans, coordinating workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with senior stakeholders. Oversee the creation of frameworks and toolkits that enable effective delivery and align with organisational strategies. Coordinate assessments of business needs, capabilities, and readiness, translating findings into actionable recommendations. Support the development of governance and operating models, ensuring alignment with existing processes. Manage the delivery of strategic recommendations, including briefing materials for senior leadership. Ensure all outputs, methodologies, and lessons learned are documented and transferred before project closure. Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring risks, dependencies, and issues are tracked and managed. Produce regular delivery reporting, including progress updates against milestones and acceptance criteria.

About You

Proven experience as a Delivery Manager working on complex digital, data, or technology programmes. Strong background in governance and delivery planning, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Skilled at stakeholder engagement, facilitating workshops, and building consensus across senior leadership teams. Experience managing delivery in agile and hybrid environments. Ability to translate strategy into delivery milestones and measurable outcomes. Clear and confident communicator, capable of preparing executive-level briefings and progress reports. Familiarity with digital transformation, governance, or emerging technology projects is highly desirable.
