We're now looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our expanding Product & Technology function. If you're passionate about enabling highperforming teams, driving meaningful delivery, and shaping products that genuinely make a difference, this could be your next move.


In this role, you'll work across 23 crossfunctional squads, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers and operational teams to ensure priorities are clear, collaboration is strong, and value is delivered at pace. You'll be the link between product, engineering and the wider business removing blockers, embedding change and championing continuous improvement.


You'll join a missiondriven, collaborative team working on products with real impact. Expect autonomy, support from experienced leaders, and the chance to influence how we scale our delivery practices as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:



Squad Delivery Management



Lead endtoend delivery for multiple squads, ensuring work is delivered on time, in scope and aligned with business goals. Translate product roadmaps into clear execution plans and deliverables. Oversee planning, risk management and governance for complex initiatives. Build enough technical and domain understanding to unblock teams and communicate effectively across functions.

Agile & Continuous Improvement



Coach squads in agile ways of working and software delivery best practice. Facilitate key ceremonies (planning, standups, retros, etc.) while building squad capability to selforganise. Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, metrics and review processes.

Change & Business Readiness



Coordinate with business and operational teams to prepare for product releases and organisational change. Lead golive planning, hypercare and postrelease adoption. Ensure clear communication of impacts, timelines and responsibilities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration



Act as the central point of contact between squads and wider business functions. Deliver clear, transparent comms to support visibility and alignment. Escalate risks and dependencies early, balancing squad priorities with organisational needs.

Requirements:

Essential



Significant experience managing technology delivery, with strong expertise in product and software development. Proven track record leading multiple agile squads in a complex environment. Ability to build a highperforming, supportive team culture and coach teams to deliver quality at pace. Strong understanding of software development and cloud technologies across the full SDLC (e.g. discovery, UCD, AIsupported development, automated testing, CI/CD, observability). Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Experience managing risks, dependencies and release processes across multiple initiatives. Experience planning and leading product releases and technology change programmes.

Desirable





Experience in healthcare or other regulated sectors Experience coordinating agile planning across multiple squads. Knowledge of product design and discovery methodologies. Familiarity with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau CRM). Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.

Remuneration and Benefits:



70,000 annual salary 25 days paid holiday (increasing with service to 28 days) plus bank holidays. A day off for your birthday.
