Are you an organised and proactive individual looking to make an impact in coordination and customer service? We are looking for a Delivery Scheduler and Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling deliveries, ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of products to various locations. You will also proactively ensure the supply chain is running smoothly and be responsible for making sure there are no errors.

Key Responsibilities:
Making delivery routes

Making sure glasses that get ordered follow the correct process

Chasing up ordered glasses

Deal with delivery queries

Tracking driver reports

Generating KPI reports

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in customer service and scheduling.

Confident and persuasive communicator with a professional, empathetic approach.

Ability to overlook multiple people while maintaining relationships.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments.

Comfortable working with CRM systems and data entry.

A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.

A genuine interest in helping people and providing high-quality services to vulnerable populations.
