We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Station Manager to oversee our last-mile delivery processes, being responsible for driving team performance, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Duties



Oversee day-to-day delivery station operations, including planning, resource allocation, and execution of last-mile deliveries. Lead, motivate and manage a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management. Conduct daily team briefings to align staff with targets and reinforce company values. Ensure adequate staffing and resource levels to meet changing operational demands. Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture focused on accountability and development. Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. Resolve service issues promptly to ensure smooth delivery operations. Maintain compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards.

About You



Experience in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline. 3+ years' experience in logistics or warehouse operations, ideally with last-mile delivery. Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and coaching skills. Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs to guide decisions. Proficient in logistics systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Desirable Experience



Knowledge of last minute mile delivery operations Background in e-commerce, courier, or delivery service operations. Familiarity with delivery management platforms and routing optimisation tools.
