Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and reliable 2-Man Delivery Technician/Warehouse Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe handling, delivery, and installation of luxury furniture to our clients' homes and businesses. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well within a team. The working days for this role are Monday to Friday, with a Saturday required each month.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely load, transport, and deliver high-end furniture to customer locations, ensuring all items are handled with care. Assemble and install furniture at client sites according to specifications and client preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any questions or concerns during the delivery process. Work as part of a 2-man delivery team to complete deliveries efficiently and on time. Assist in warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and preparing furniture for dispatch. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the warehouse and on-site. Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.

Requirements:

Previous experience in furniture delivery or installation is highly desirable. Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling heavy items. A valid driving license (clean) is essential and over the age of 25 Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure. Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends.
