Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual van delivery driver to collect and move e-bikes in Bristol. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality.

Due to the nature of this role bieng self-employed, we cannot accept student visas. You must have a valid passport and share code if required

Duties

Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to designated locations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Load and unload goods, which may involve heavy lifting, ensuring that items are secured for transport. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery notes and any discrepancies encountered during transit. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers to coordinate deliveries and address any issues that may arise. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding safety and conduct while driving. Assist in warehouse duties as required, including stock management and inventory checks.

Requirements

Previous experience as a delivery driver is highly desirable. Valid driving licence with appropriate classifications for commercial driving. Experience in warehouse operations is an advantage, particularly in handling goods and stock management. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent service. Pay: 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 70 per week
