The Flexi Group are now looking for Home Delivery drivers for an immediate start within the Truro area.

Working for a leading supermarket we are now looking for a reliable and customer-focused Home Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering goods to customers' homes in a timely, safe, and professional manner. You'll play a key part in ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.

:

Deliver groceries to customers' homes on time and in excellent condition. Pre planned route confirmed via handheld device. Load and unload shopping orders safely and efficiently. Physically able as heavy lifting of crates etc may be necessary. Provide a high level of customer service at every doorstep. Handle customer queries or issues in a polite and professional manner. Check orders for accuracy before delivery. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle. Report any issues such as traffic delays, incorrect orders, or vehicle problems promptly. Follow all road safety rules and company policies. Holiday and pension opportunities. No more than 6 points and no endorsements on licence. A DBS check will be required for this role and our client carries out regular alcohol and drug testing. Potential perm opportunity for right person.

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence (Category B). Friendly, helpful, and professional attitude. Good communication skills. Ability to lift and carry grocery bags or boxes when needed. Strong time management and reliability. Previous delivery experience is required --training completed in store.

Shift timings: AM Shift 06:00-14:00 PM Shift 14:00-22:00.

Pay Rates:

Standard: 12.21ph. PAYE (13.68ph incl holiday pay).

Please note that this position is PAYE only and inclusive of holiday.
