Delivery & Warehouse Operative

, responsible for delivering goods safely, efficiently, and on time to our customers, while also supporting warehouse operations and assisting with the fitting of dispensers at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out

multi-drop deliveries

of goods to customers within assigned routes and timeframes. Load, unload, and secure goods safely in the delivery vehicle. Complete

vehicle safety checks

before and after each shift and report any defects or issues immediately. Ensure all

delivery paperwork and electronic records

are completed accurately and returned promptly. Provide a

high standard of customer service

, including handling queries and resolving minor issues at delivery points. Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and ensure it is kept in good working order. Support warehouse operations including goods in/out, stock handling, and general warehouse duties. Assist with the installation and fitting of dispensers and related equipment at customer premises. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery

Skills and Experience

Full, clean UK driving licence. Previous experience in multi-drop delivery, warehouse operations, or a similar role. Basic practical skills or confidence using tools (training will be provided for dispenser fitting). Good geographical knowledge of the delivery area. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay: 26,200.00 per year
