Brief:



We're on the verge of significant expansion. With our component suite growing across data grids, charts, a new product launch, and project scheduling tools, we're building a high-performing marketing engine that turns awareness into measurable, predictable pipeline.



This is a rare opportunity to build demand generation from the ground up in a company with huge brand equity and a loyal developer base.





You'll take a product suite developers already love and turn it into commercial momentum through experimentation, smart targeting, and performance-led programs.

What you'll do



Build and run full-funnel demand programs: awareness, consideration, conversion, expansion Manage paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other channels--including AI-driven campaign tools like Performance Max and Advantage+ Create and execute webinars, virtual events, and partner co-marketing campaigns Design nurture flows in collaboration with Marketing Ops to drive trial, adoption, and expansion Experiment with creative, messaging, channels, and audience segments Track and optimize CAC, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and attribution across the funnel Work with Product Marketing to ensure campaigns reflect accurate positioning and resonate with developers

Predictable, high-quality marketing-influenced pipeline that sales can close Optimized paid spend with clear ROI across channels Campaigns that feel authentic to developers--no corporate fluff Scalable playbooks for launching new products and entering new segments

Must-have



5+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), paid media platforms, and AI-driven advertising tools Strong analytical skills--you live in dashboards and know how to optimize for pipeline, not just leads Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) Ability to execute campaigns that are both high-performing and on-brand for developer audiences

Nice-to-have



Experience running campaigns that target engineering managers, solution architects, and technical evaluators. Familiarity with developer acquisition channels: LinkedIn targeting technical roles StackOverflow ads (if used later) Experience building funnels around docs, components, tutorials, demos, and example apps. Ability to structure campaigns for multi-product launches (Grid + Charts + Dashboarding). Understanding how to market performance-heavy components (e.g., "handles millions of rows"). * Experience working with PMM to build technical-but-commercial messaging.
