Job Description

As a Demand Generation Manager at Quant, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategies that optimize our pipeline by attracting, engaging, and converting prospects into loyal customers. This position hinges on your ability to harness various marketing channels effectively, understand metrics for success, and collaborate seamlessly with the sales and marketing teams.


Your insights and strategies will contribute to crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience while ensuring alignment with our overarching business goals. Your work will be pivotal in enhancing Quants visibility in the B2B markets that in which we operate, creating targeted marketing initiatives that make a tangible impact on our sales funnel.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified traffic and lead generation. Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (including email, content marketing, social media, SEO, paid advertising, webinars, and events) to maximize lead generation. Utilise data-driven insights to track and analyse campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted messaging, content, and promotional materials to support lead conversion. Manage and refine lead scoring models to ensure that high-quality leads are prioritized by sales. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, behaviour, and trends to shape demand generation strategies. Lead the execution of webinars, trade shows, and other demand generation events.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.


Requirements:

A passion for lead generation and the sales process Outstanding commercial awareness with considerable experience in lead generation and a good understanding of B2B sales Technical savvy - Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and lead generation tactics. In-depth knowledge of digital lead generation techniques and tools, including CRM systems, SEO, content production, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, affiliate marketing, online PR, quality link building, social media advertising, social media campaigns and conversion optimisation. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical subject matter into clear and compelling messages. Ability to combine visual and graphic elements with written content to tell an appealing story.
