The role

As Demand Generation Manager you will lead on building and developing the demand generation plan for the mid-market and enterprise growth engines. This role is ideal for an experienced account-based marketing (ABM) manager with a track record of driving demand from larger business segments.

Working as an individual contributor you will focus on generating marketing qualified accounts (MQAs) that convert, via our SDR and sales team, into pipeline and bookings.

The role reports into the Head of Demand Generation (UK&I) and works closely with the wider GTM organisation to create a demand generation plan aligned to achieve commercial objectives.

You will be responsible for identifying the most attractive pockets of opportunity and developing the right marketing programs to unlock them. To do this, you will need to collaborate with our broader marketing functions (including Audience, Content, Social, Revenue Operations, PR, Design) and external agency partners.

What excites you

  • Owning a Demand Generation plan for low volume, highly customised engines in the UK&I
  • Be the UK&I demand expert for your segments - meet customers and prospects, understand their needs, know what drives demand in our target buying groups, work hand-in-hand with Sales (AE and SDR functions) to meet plan
  • Design and execute marketing programs including account-based marketing (1:1, 1:few, 1:many), smart events (F2F and Digital), paid media advertising and direct mail that drives engagement with target accounts.
  • Work effectively with the global audience team to brief quarterly requirements from a campaign and content perspective.
  • Analyse and continuously improve the performance of advertising programs across paid media channels e.g. social and display
  • Leverage the technology stack across the demand engine to drive performance e.g. ABM, direct mail and webinar platforms.

  • Well rounded B2B, Tech/SaaS related marketing background, fintech experience would be highly desirable.
  • Experienced in managing multi-channel account-based marketing programs targeting mid to enterprise sized prospects
  • Highly motivated \'self-starter\' that cares about delivering results
  • Analytical mindset, autonomous, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with sales & global marketing teams
  • Experience working with ABM, CRM marketing & performance measurement platforms (e.g. Demandbase, Salesforce, Pardot, PathFactory, ON24, Google Analytics, Looker)
  • Strong communication, presentation and written skills; ability to interact with virtual teams
  • Hypothesis and data-driven approach to managing and identifying new demand programs that deliver results
