Key Responsibilities:




As our new Demand Generation Manager, you'll closely manage the sales pipeline to ensure we're maximising business ROI. You'll work directly with the Klipboard Marketing Manager and CMO, as well as the wider marketing team across RAM Tracking and Klipboard. You'll be a results-driven and highly organised individual with a real passion for scaling businesses who understands the true value of leads. Working cross-functionally with sales, development, and content teams, you'll play a critical role in driving awareness, generating and nurturing qualified leads, and accelerating revenue through seamless processes.


What You'll Drive


Pipeline Management & Optimisation

Closely monitor the entire sales pipeline from lead to close Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maximise conversion rates Collaborate with sales to align marketing activities with revenue targets Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track pipeline health

Multi-Channel Campaign Execution

Develop and execute strategic campaigns that attract, engage and convert our ideal customers Create and optimise targeted campaigns across email, digital advertising, and social media Implement effective lead scoring and segmentation strategies Measure and optimise campaign performance against revenue targets

Lead Generation & Nurturing

Design and implement lead-nurturing programmes that convert prospects into customers Build automated workflows that deliver the right message at the right time Collaborate with content teams to ensure messaging aligns with buyer journey stages Analyse customer journey data to identify optimisation opportunities

Marketing Technology & Analytics

Leverage marketing automation tools to scale lead generation efforts Use data analytics to drive decision-making and demonstrate marketing ROI Implement testing methodologies to continuously improve conversion rates Provide regular reporting on key performance metrics and revenue impact

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:




Experience & Skills

Proven track record of driving revenue growth through demand generation strategies Strong understanding of B2B sales pipelines and lead nurturing processes Experience managing marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Pardot, Intercom) Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and optimise campaigns Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS or technology sectors, ideally with field service management solutions Knowledge of B2B sales processes in niche markets Firm understanding of Salesforce CRM, Pardot, or Hubspot Understanding of marketing attribution modelling Project management experience
