Expected Hours: 16-30 per week
Overview
We are seeking a Day Club Supervisor to lead and manage the daily operations of our dementia-friendly day centre. The role involves supporting a small team, coordinating activities, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for service users.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day club and support staff and volunteers Plan and deliver a weekly activity schedule Maintain accurate care records using digital systems Assist with personal care when required Ensure health and safety standards are followed Communicate with families and professionals
Requirements
Experience in health or social care Supervisory or leadership experience NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred, but not essential) Good communication and organisational skills Right to work in the UK
