The Role:

As a

Demi Chef de Partie

, you'll support the Chef de Partie & Sous Chefs in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards. You'll play an active role in maintaining a smooth kitchen operation and ensuring consistency in quality and presentation. Following the On Air Dining menu and specification sheets you will help maintain the high standards set in private aviation hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes within your section to a high standard Support the Chef de Partie in day-to-day kitchen operations Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene Contribute to menu development and marketing campaigns Ensure stock is properly managed and rotated Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
About You:

Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen A passion for food and a desire to learn and grow Strong communication and teamwork skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills A positive attitude under pressure Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent experience preferred

Pay: 27,500.00-30,000.00 per year
