We are recruiting for a Demi Chef de Partie for our Dinner Team in the 3 Rosettes gallery Restaurant

No Split shifts - Get paid for each worked hour, around 50 hours per week / 5 days per week (afternoon + evening shift)

From 35,220 per year (based on 50 worked hours per week - 5 days)

You must have a right to work in the UK

What will i do as Demi Chef de Partie ?

Our Gallery Restaurant opens at 18:00 for dinner service with a dedicated team looking after the preparation of a European inspired Fine Dining Brasserie Menu, elaborated by Masterchef Pierre Gagnaire and his team

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will support a section and train to become a Chef de Partie within the brigade.

The candidate must have previous Experience in a similar environment and style of cuisine.
