Assist in creating new dishes for all menus.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
Ensure all food products are fresh, properly stored, and within expiry dates.
Key Responsibilities
Possess in-depth knowledge of kitchen routines, operations, and utensils.
Accurately follow instructions from the Head Chef and senior kitchen staff.
Demonstrate knowledge of food preparation methods and presentation techniques.
Perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
