Pastry Demi Chef de Partie
to join the team.
Your Job Role:
The Pastry Demi Chef de Partie is an integral part of the Pastry Kitchen, serving the Room Service, Banqueting, and all in-house Amenities. This position will work closely with the Pastry Senior Chef de Partie and Executive Pastry Chef to supervise and oversee the Pastry Team in the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintain the smooth running of the operation.
What you will do:
Support in the day-to-day running of the pastry kitchen
Prepare and present elegant desserts and pastries to the highest standards
Maintain mise en place and uphold a clean, organised workstation
Collaborate with the wider pastry and kitchen team to deliver a seamless guest experience
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
What you bring:
A passionate pastry chef with previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
A team player with strong attention to detail and a creative flair
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow
Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and COSHH
commitment to excellence, with the drive to exceed expectations
MUST possess the legal right to work in the UK
What we are looking for:
1-3 years of Pastry experience in a similar environment
Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and COSHH
The ability to speak English fluently
Passion for pastry and baking
Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team
