As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. You will work alongside talented chefs, contributing to the creation of our exquisite menus.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Supervising and guiding a small team to maintain smooth kitchen operations. Monitoring stock levels and placing orders for your section. Ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all culinary tasks. Upholding Firmdale's standards of hygiene, safety, and quality. Communicating effectively with your team and other departments to ensure seamless service.

What you Need:

Proven experience in a similar role within a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen. A genuine passion for food and culinary arts. Exceptional organisational and communication skills. The ability to work well within a team and independently. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
