What you'll be doing...

As a Demi Chef de Partie you will support culinary preparations under the guidance of the Hospitality Sous Chef while strictly following recipes and maintaining the establishment's standards in line with company procedures.

Preparing and organizing their workstation by ensuring that ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Maintaining up to date product and menu knowledge, and maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, ensuring portion and quality control. Monitoring the cooking process and seasoning of dishes to ensure a visually appealing presentation and optimal taste. Assisting in managing stock and inventory to prevent shortages or wastage. Upholding strict hygiene and safety rules by regularly cleaning their work area and adhering to all relevant protocols and ensuring high standards of cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen and of equipment Ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect of COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported Collaborating closely with the rest of the team to ensure efficient coordination during service, especially during busy periods.

What can you bring?

Possess a passion for food Must have a minimum of 1 years experience of working in a Hospitality environment and have great attention to detail Be self-motivated and calm under pressure with strong communication skills. Be able to follow specs to correctly ensuring all dietary requirements are met. Be flexible to work additional evenings as and when there are large events. Have excellent time management Team player Focused on the front line Genuine interest in customer service excellence

Working Pattern:

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
